BRIEF INFORMATION ON PAUL'S CASE.

On September 12^th 2008, Paul Storey was wrongfully convicted in Tarrant County, Texas

 and sentenced to die  by an unjust, corrupt judicial system. The injustices of Paul's case are the following:-

• Paul was convicted of Capital Murder based on three false confessions Paul gave.

• There was no physical evidence to support their findings of capital murder.

• Paul's counsel did not make a sincere-conscious effort to defend Paul throughout Paul's situation.

• Deception, coercion,lies,false promises and a number of other unlawful methods were used to extract Paul's false confessions from Paul.

• The jurors were not given proper instructions by the prosecution.

  
   

Help Paul let it be known, that Paul does not belong on the infamous Texas Death-row.

CASE STATUS AS OF MARCH 2011

The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals (CCA) recently denied Paul's case, and he is now in the Federal court awaiting a reply, from a writ filed to the Supreme Court.
